Notice of TUES AGM Tuesday, 17 April 2012
Dear Thales employee share owning colleagues,
Firstly many thanks to those of you who supported FAST's international list in the recent FCPE elections, all of those eligible should have now received a letter stating that unless there is an electoral dispute the list has been successful.
Secondly I'd like to give you formal notice of TUES Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, 17 April 2012.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows: -
1) Welcome, introductions (of visitors and new representatives) and apologies
2) Approval of Minutes of last AGM
3) Annual report by Chairman
4) Approval of Annual Accounts presented by Treasurer
5) Election of officers as required for 2012
6) Guest speaker Andre ROULLIER.
7) Statutes – review/revision
8) Any Other Business
